What are the warranty terms and conditions of Affordovation Designs furniture products?

Affordovation Designs Warranty Information

Affordovation Designs takes pride in delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials used in our goods, and thus provide a warranty to ensure your satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers all goods sold by Affordovation Designs for a duration of one year under normal usage. During this period, we guarantee that our products are free from defects in both material and workmanship.

If any part or product covered by this warranty (or any implied warranty) is found to be defective, we will take responsibility to repair or replace it, at our discretion, without any additional charges to you.

Exclusions

We want to be transparent about the limitations of our warranty. Please note that the following circumstances are not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear that occurs with regular use of the product
  • Damage resulting from abnormal use or abuse of the product
  • Products that have not been properly maintained or have been modified
  • Any indirect or consequential loss

Proof of Purchase

This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the product. To validate your warranty claim, please provide the Order Number or invoice as proof of purchase.

Warranty on Workmanship and Repair

In addition to the product warranty, any work carried out by a party under instructions from Affordovation Designs is covered by a 12-month warranty on workmanship and repair.

If the workmanship of the repair is deemed faulty by Affordovation Designs, we will provide a new item to rectify the issue.

Exclusion of Other Warranties

Please note that all other warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded and not applicable to our products.
